A sustainable start

Hello lovely readers – happy New Year! I hope 2023 has got off to a good start. As is tradition, I wonder if you have made any resolutions?

As humans, we are all a little bit obsessed with time, numbers and tracking our progress, so as 2023 rolls around, I thought I’d share some exciting numbers with you. Training Matters magazine has now been around for 25 years! For a quarter of a century, TM has been supporting pharmacy teams and continues to evolve, with our growing pharmacy technician section, daily news updates online and brand-new content every month. In addition, we mentioned last month that this is the 10-year anniversary of the Recognition of Excellence (RoE) Awards. We are so proud to have achieved a decade of championing community pharmacy staff across the UK. This year won’t be one to miss, so make sure you get involved when RoE entries open at the end of this month. I can’t wait to read about all your success once more.
